Which personal data do we use?
We use the personal data listed below:
- Contact details and registration details of contact persons of our clients, contractors, suppliers and other relations.
- Contact details and registration details of people who have registered as housing seekers.
- Contact details and registration details of people who respond to a property. This only applies if vastgoed.app is the data controller.
- Location data of users and contracted parties who voluntarily agree to share this data in the onderhoud.app.
- Other personal data necessary for our services.
- Data of people who visit our website:

- A client or someone else provides your personal data to us.
- We search public registers and other public sources to collect personal data, for example the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce.
- We collect personal data when you visit our website. We do this with cookies.
- We store location data of staff and contracted parties who agree to share this information. This data helps us, for example, to suggest routes to colleagues and to measure how long they spend on a job.

Who do we share your personal data with?
Below is who we share your personal data with.
- Organisations that handle our administration and provide our IT services, and others who work for us. Google Analytics. And Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn if you share our website content via them.

- We share applicants’ personal data with recruitment and selection agencies and with referees provided by applicants.
- If we reorganise, merge with another company or sell our company, we share your personal data with organisations involved in such transactions.

Do we transfer your personal data to other countries?

If you share content from our websites via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or LinkedIn, your personal data may also be processed in other countries.
How long do we keep your personal data?
We keep your personal data as long as necessary to achieve our purposes. If the law prescribes a retention period, we comply with it. Your personal data is also stored in our backup systems, which automatically delete data after a period of time.
If an applicant does not join us, we keep their personal data for up to 4 weeks after the recruitment process. With the applicant's consent, we may retain it for a longer period agreed with the applicant.
